Job Description
To provide safe quality nursing care that meets the needs and expectations of the patients according to Ministry of Health guidelines. Responsible to ensure that quality nursing services are rendered. Job Responsibilities Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients conditions Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment Requirements Degree in nursing Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board Preferably 3 years of clinical care Required to perform 3 rotating shift hours and work on weekends , public holidays Have the ability to build teams and network Candidates should possess good interpersonal , communication leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
